Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Karpagam Jewelers, we value our customers’ satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible service. In case you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We will initiate a refund and it will be processed within 7-10 working days. Please note that if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In case of any manufacturing defect or damage during transit, we offer a full refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. To avail of this, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
